This in-person opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, providing consistent, meaningful interaction with students and educational teams. You’ll play a vital role from August 18, 2026, through June 4, 2027, fostering communication skills that empower student success in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly regarded
• Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with school guidelines
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student achievement
• Deliver progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards
