RECRUITER Miami, FL POSITION RELATIONSHIP TO ORGANIZATION: The Recruiter is instrumental in finding and attracting top talent while advancing a professional and productive workplace culture. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledgeable in recruiting talented individuals for the company's positions.
- Knowledge of HR practices.
- Skilled in sourcing and identifying talent then recruiting them to the company.
- Skilled in the use of HR software and systems for HR management.
- Problem solving and mediation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build relationships and develop strategies to recruit as well as work with outside recruiter to acquire talent.
- Able to create and maintain a collaborative team environment; to build relationships and effectively work with all levels of employees in a confidential manner.
- Sourcing & Screening: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing compelling job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), sourcing passive candidates, and screening resumes and applications.
- Interview & Selection: Conduct initial phone/video interviews, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and advise managers on effective interviewing techniques.
- Candidate Management: Administer pre-employment assessments, perform reference and background checks, prepare and extend job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, host recruitment events, and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related field
