Job Title: Commercial Insurance Producer - Trucking / Transportation

Location: Field-Based - South Texas (Rio Grande Valley (McAllen, Weslaco, Mission, Harlingen, Brownsville))

About the Role

This is a B2B, new-business-focused commercial insurance producer role for licensed professionals with experience in trucking and transportation insurance who want to build and own a profitable commercial book within a specialized agency.

This opportunity is designed for true hunters who enjoy prospecting, relationship-building, and owning the sales process, while partnering with dedicated internal service teams that manage ongoing account servicing and renewals.

What You'll Do

Build and grow a book of commercial trucking and transportation insurance through net-new production
Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships within the trucking sector
Represent the firm in the South Texas market through networking and direct outreach
Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
Partner with internal service teams to transition sold business for onboarding and servicing
Collaborate with sales leadership on complex trucking opportunities

What You'll Bring

Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Experience selling B2B commercial insurance, preferably within trucking or transportation
Proven ability to prospect and close net-new business
Comfort working independently in a performance-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
