ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a high-performing team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the investment advisory space, bringing a strong financial background and strategic mindset into the agency.

Im a Florida native, a husband, and a father of two. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead and support our team. We are highly engaged in the community through local charities, Chambers of Commerce, and nonprofit board involvement, and we take pride in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office.

Mark Kinkade - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
