SWA's should thoroughly familiarize each applicant with the jobspecifications of employment before a referral is made. Workers must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Are available and indicatewillingness to work the entire season. 2. Have transportation to job site at start of season for non-local workers and daily for localworkers. 3. Have been fully apprised by the local employment office of the terms, conditions and nature of employment. 4. Are legallyentitled to work in the U.S. 5. Are able, willing and qualified to perform the work. Workers must possess documentation required toenable employer to comply with the employment verification requirements. Accurate completion of form I-9 will be required of eachworker within 3 days of employment pursuant to U.S. Law.Perform a variety of plant care and maintenance at tree and shrub farm. Fertilize, prune,spray, space, water, tag, mulch, and transplant plants. Dig holes using hand tools, maximumdepth and width of 12 inches, holes are to plant. Fill, lift and carry pots, load finished plantsonto trucks for distribution. Plant, maintain, spray, water, cultivate & harvest pumpkin gourdsand corn. Perform general maintenance of growing, storage and holding property. Operate andmaintain farm equipment. Must be able to lift/ carry 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
