What You’ll Do As the Lead Diesel Mechanic , you will play a key role in maintaining our fleet and supporting daily shop operations. Shop Leadership Assist with coordinating daily shop workflow Support and guide mechanics on diagnostics and repairs Promote and enforce safe shop practices Conduct safety talks and maintain strong shop communication Help maintain an organized and efficient shop environment Fleet Maintenance Diagnose and repair Class 8 tractors and tanker trailers Perform preventative maintenance inspections Assist with complex mechanical, electrical, and air system repairs En Equipment Management Perform yard checks{ #J-18808-Ljbffr
