Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Establish and maintain Guest Services. Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum age of 18. Flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience required. Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
