\n- \n
- Coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on (Design-Build) projects or value engineering opportunities on (Bid-Build) projects. \n
- Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers. \n
- Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency. \n
- Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager. \n
- Performs other duties as assigned. \n
