Work Schedule Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Days: Monday through Friday Location: This position is fully in-office at our Albertville, MN headquarters. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via: Email Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Direct Messages (DMs) Post Comments Assist customers with a wide range of questions, including: Compatibility and fitment guidance Order status and tracking Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback. Take initiative in handling new and evolving tasks as assigned. Required Skills & Attributes Customer Service or equivalent experience: Minimum of 1+ years required Tech Proficiency: Candidates must be comfortable with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. Strong work ethic and integrity Highly teachable and open to feedback Proactive and willing to go above and beyond core duties when needed Ability to type at least 70 words per minute Strong organizational and task-management skills Self-motivated and goal-driven Able to work well with others in a team environment Tools You’ll Be Using Shopify Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) Meta Business Suite TikTok and YouTube platforms Starting salary of $45,120/year + opportunity for increased pay based on performance 15 days PTO annually (with prior approval) + company-stated federal holidays 401(k) program launching in 2026 Career growth opportunities within a supportive and driven team If you're looking for a rewarding role that challenges you, where you can make a real impact and grow with a company that values your contributions, Seat Cover Solutions is the place for you.
