MEAT CUTTER – NOW HIRING (Must Have 6 Months Experience)
We’re looking for a skilled Meat Cutter with at least 6 months of handson meat cutting experience using knives and a saw machine. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, safety, and quality while working in a fastpaced production environment.
Cut, trim, debone, slice, grind, and portion beef, pork, poultry, and other meats Operate knives and saw machines safely and efficiently Follow company specifications for cuts, yields, and product presentation Prepare specialty items (marinated meats, valueadded products, custom orders) Maintain proper rotation (FIFO) and ensure product freshness Assist customers with product selection, special cuts, and cooking recommendations Fulfill custom cutting requests accurately and efficiently Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and sanitized Store, label, and date products correctly Monitor cooler, freezer, and display case temperatures Stock and rotate meat cases for attractive displays Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy Minimize shrink through proper handling and storage Required Experience
Minimum 6 months meat cutting experience Must be proficient with knives and saw machines Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail Must pass an onsite cutting test
