AlphaBEST Education - Before/After School Group Leader 2026-2027 School year Schedule: M-F 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (hours may vary) NO WEEKENDS!!!Location: 85742,85755We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffThis role is ideal for students studying:EducationChild DevelopmentPsychologySocial WorkRecreation or Youth DevelopmentRequirements: High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience is preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be registered (or become registered) and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agencyPerferred one year child care experience in classroom setting.Why Join Us?At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
