Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning). Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors. Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, or in a similar role preferred. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements. Reliable transportation (preferred).
