Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer (with strong UI skills) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will have the opportunity to create a product on a global scale and directly influence its development. Since we have already found product-market fit and continue to scale globally, we need an autonomous designer who is ready to influence key product metrics, drive product development, and accelerate our growth through exceptional mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile UX/UI Design: Take ownership of the UX/UI design of our mobile application, improving the design of existing features and creating beautiful interfaces for new ones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with specialists from various fields, including product managers and developers, to identify product growth opportunities and develop highly effective design solutions.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Continuously iterate and improve on designs based on direct user feedback and quantitative data analysis.
• Design Systems: Develop and rigorously maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across products and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strict requirement for strong UI skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing for mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Deep proficiency and technical command in Figma, Photoshop, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite .
• A robust portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design decisions supported by actual product metrics.
• Strong autonomy with the ability to initiate ideas, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• A deep, practical understanding of user behavior and customer psychology.
