Location: York County; Biddeford, ME

Full-Time 30 hours per week

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Salary: Starting Rate 20.80 an hour

Do you have a passion for supporting families and helping young children thrive? YCCAC Head Start is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Liaison to partner with families and connect them to resources that support their children's growth, health, and success.

What You'll Do

• Support families in setting goals and accessing community resources
• Assist with recruitment and enrollment
• Partner with staff to strengthen family engagement
• Help families meet health requirements and coordinate referrals
• Conduct home and center visits (minimum two home visits per year)
• Participate in evening meetings and outreach as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
  (associate's degree in human services preferred)
• Experience working with families or individuals
• Willingness to complete the Online Family Partner Certificate Program (paid by employer)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
• Required immunizations (MMR, TDaP) and background checks
