About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the top U.S. HR leader and work closely with executive leadership to establish the HR framework necessary for the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the U.S. HR function, developing and implementing scalable HR processes, and supporting M&A integration. This role requires a hands-on approach to HR, with a focus on talent strategy, culture, and process improvement across a multi-site business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, be adept at building HR structure, and have experience in change management and post-acquisition employee integration. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in leading HR functions and major HR initiatives. A hands-on generalist background in all HR areas, including employee relations, talent, compliance, performance management, and HR operations, is essential.
