We're looking for someone with more tools in their toolbelt.

Safe and Vault Store is a growing e-commerce company specializing in home, business, and commercial security products. We've sold more than 150,000 safes, and we're a small, lean team that takes pride in punching above our weight.

We're looking for a generalist who is confident, curious, and capable of figuring things out. Someone who asks why , looks for better ways to do things, and wants to keep growing rather than simply doing the same job every day.

This isn't a position where every day follows a script. And that's intentional.

What you'll do

Customers come first. When a customer has a problem, that's the priority. You may spend part of your day resolving a delivery issue, answering questions, handling a damaged shipment, or working through a return.

When customer issues aren't demanding your attention, you'll work across the business to keep things moving:

• Manage orders from order to invoice , including order fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and customer communication
• Manage procure to pay , including purchase orders, vendor follow-up, bills, and payments
• Coordinate with freight carriers and vendors to resolve delivery and shipment issues
• Process returns, refunds, and freight damage claims
• Help maintain accurate inventory and financial records
• Learn and work in our ERP and other business systems
• Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and help us improve them

Because we're a small team, priorities can change quickly. Someone may be out sick. A customer may have an urgent problem. A vendor may miss a ship date.

You need to be comfortable figuring out what matters most and getting after it.

What we're looking for

We're less interested in whether you've followed a particular career path and more interested in what you've learned along the way and how you think.

You might have experience in customer service, operations, accounting, logistics, retail, e-commerce, technology, or several of them.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a broad set of skills and experiences, more tools in the toolbelt
• Is confident without being afraid to say, “I don't know. Let me figure it out.”
• Asks why instead of automatically accepting, “That's how we've always done it.”
• Naturally looks for ways to make tomorrow better than today
• Can learn new software and processes quickly
• Takes ownership and follows problems through to resolution
• Communicates well with customers and teammates
• Understands that individual brilliance isn't enough; the goal is to make the whole team better

A degree is not required. Neither is experience in every function listed above.
