Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment strategies
• Implement hands-on physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation experts to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Provide essential education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and exercises to promote recovery at home
• Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with facility standards and regulations
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to foster seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Professional
• CPR certification is preferred
