Duties

• Manage a designated inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in auto or powersports sales.
• Strong lead generation skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
