Facility Cleaning Associate FT & PT-Morris Co Morris County, NJ, US Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly Job Summary Eastern Janitorial Company is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Facility Cleaning Associates to join our team in Morris Plains, NJ. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for building occupants and visitors. We are currently hiring both Full‑Time and Part‑Time employees. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas. Empty trash and recycling receptacles. Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways as needed. Follow established cleaning schedules and company procedures. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors. Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in good condition. Adhere to all safety policies and client requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Schedule Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available.
