Staff Psychologist Opportunity in the greater Houston Area

The Department of Veterans Affairs Houston Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Staff Psychologist with an addiction and substance-use treatment disorder background for the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Centerin Houston, TX. The psychologist will provide direct patient contact including, but not limited to: case management, psychological assessment and treatment planning, individual psychotherapy/assessment sessions, family/caregiver stress therapy sessions, and other evidenced based treatments for serious mental illness. The psychologist will perform evaluations of patients with an addiction and substance abuse disorders.
