Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate outpatient physical therapy to adult patients with orthopedic, neurological, and general medical/surgical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on functional improvement and pain management
• Utilize advanced specialty skills such as concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic floor therapy, and dry needling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Ohio
• Current BLS/BCLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Comfortable working with orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Willingness to float between two locations: Zanesville and Coshocton

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in outpatient physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Proficiency with EPIC and Point Click electronic medical record systems
• Strong understanding of orthopedics, neurological rehab, and general rehabilitation
• Familiarity with specialty services like concussion management, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, pelvic health, and dry needling
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt to varied daily schedules and caseloads
