As a Senior Data Scientist you will: Contribute as a hands-on builder focused on model development and rapid experimentation. Execute complex deep learning and multimodal modeling work with a production mindset. Partner closely with engineering to deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production. Influence adjacent teams through strong technical judgment and collaboration. Thrive in fastmoving, ambiguous spaces where learning fast and shipping value matters. Experience we are looking for: 3–6+ years in data science, deep learning, or applied ML. Proven, hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks. Experience training, finetuning, and evaluating large models. Ability to work with large datasets and curate domain specific training data. Track record of close collaboration with engineering partners. Strong analytical skills and clear, concise communication. Research mindset with real world impact; publications are a plus, not a requirement.
