Schedule Information

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | $16.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-1:30 AM | $17.50/hour

Fulfillment Associate Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order-fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders accurately
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain an efficient work pace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist in different warehouse departments as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products and materials according to customer orders.
• Pack, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Replenish products and materials in assigned warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for damage and report quality concerns.
• Use scanners or other warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records.
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Follow all warehouse and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
• Perform additional fulfillment duties as assigned.
