Join Our Team as a Server/Waitstaff at Copper State Brewing Co.!
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fun, family-owned environment? Copper State Brewing Co., a family-owned and operated brewpub located in the heart of Green Bay, WI, is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a server/waitstaff. If you're a self-starter with a knack for punctuality and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a server/waitstaff at Copper State Brewing Co., you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting the table and ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Presenting the menu and assisting guests in selecting their food and beverages.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves happy.
We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here’s what makes an ideal candidate:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- The ability to multitask efficiently while staying organized.
- Prior experience as a server, waitress, or waiter is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
While we don’t offer traditional benefits, we do provide free early access to your pay through Homebase, so you can have flexibility when you need it most. Plus, you’ll be joining a supportive and dynamic team at one of Green Bay’s favorite brewpubs.
