Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $124.12 / hour

What You'll Do:

• Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Support patient education and coordinate treatment plans using Epic EMR
• Perform assessments and monitor therapy responses
• Assist with patient transitions and follow-up care
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a team environment

What You Need:

• Minnesota RN license (required)
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 2+ years of hematology/oncology nursing or practitioner experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

About the Assignment:
Work within a collaborative outpatient-focused hematology and oncology practice supported by a multidisciplinary team, including nurse navigators, infusion nursing, social workers, and support services. Use Epic EMR for coordinated, seamless patient care. This role supports outpatient oncology treatments, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, with inpatient collaboration as needed.
