Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Dump Truck Driver role based in Lake St Louis, MO. The Dump Truck Driver will safely operate company dump trucks to transport materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and debris to and from job sites. Daily responsibilities include performing pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, following designated routes, loading and unloading materials, and assisting the crew with site logistics as needed. The driver will adhere to company safety protocols, comply with traffic and DOT regulations, maintain accurate delivery and load records, and communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel. The role may involve working in varying weather conditions and supporting multiple projects in the St. Charles and St. Louis areas. Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or B as required) with a clean driving record and experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, DOT regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures. Ability to read and follow job tickets, delivery schedules, and basic site instructions, with solid attention to detail and time management. Capability to work safely on active construction sites, including navigating uneven terrain, loading and unloading materials, and using proper PPE. Reliable work ethic, ability to follow directions, and willingness to collaborate with supervisors, equipment operators, and crew members. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in construction, excavation, or hauling operations is a plus.
