Competitive Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually.

Sign-Up Bonuses:

• $2,000 for experienced car wash managers.
• $1,000 for retail managers without car wash experience.
• (Bonuses paid after 90 days with the first full bi-weekly paycheck.).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Manage daily car wash operations while inspiring a customer-focused team.
• Motivate for Success: Drive sales and member conversions by coaching staff to achieve performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking candidates who bring a passion for leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a strong work ethic.

• Prior experience in car wash management or retail (preferred but not required).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with modern retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
• 45+ hours weekly availability, including weekends.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks (with accommodations as needed).
• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education a plus).
