Physical Therapist - Full-time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full‑time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas PT license required prior to start. Minimum 1 year of licensed experience (new graduates must have been licensed for at least 1 year). Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred. 1:1 patient care. Ability to independently develop and drive treatment plans and progressive rehab programs. Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, including pediatrics (from about age 5) through adults. No Medicare patient population in this role. Clinically confident, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently or in small teams. Open to relocation candidates. Candidates with home health or inpatient backgrounds will be considered. Clinic Overview Outpatient orthopedic‑style setting with providers including Doctors of Chiropractic and Physical Therapists performing similar roles. Conservative, non‑invasive care model. No needles, surgery, or invasive procedures. Visits are 60 minutes, 1:1 care. Treatment is split into assessment/hand‑on care and exercise instruction using a progressive rehab model. Typical goal is rapid symptom resolution, averaging 3–4 visits per patient. Patient population spans pediatrics to older adults, with a strong sports medicine focus. Conditions treated include neck, back, shoulder, hip, elbow, knee, and foot musculoskeletal issues. Additional Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 1+ years of experience working as a full‑time Physical Therapist. Passionate about patient care. Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand/grip strength. Affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques preferred).
