You arrive, isolate an intermittent control issue, verify operation, and leave the system running efficiently—while the homeowner understands exactly what you did and why. The missionWe’re expanding our Greater Hartford operation and seeking a hands-on technician who thrives on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision and integrity.
Your impact- Diagnose and repair furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and controls
- Execute preventive maintenance to maximize performance and lifespan
- Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to confirm root causes and validate repairs
- Educate homeowners on system health and options—without high-pressure tactics
- Document thoroughly, communicate clearly, and keep vehicles/workspaces organized
Experience in residential HVAC service is ideal, and backgrounds from light-commercial or facilities HVAC often translate seamlessly. We care about your real-world capability—not whether your resume mirrors a specific title or lists every brand. Management experience isn’t required; contribute as a strong technician now and pursue leadership as you’re ready.
Compensation and support- $80,000–$100,000 annually, with performance incentives and overtime opportunities
