Global Operations Center Technician

Overview Join to apply for the IT Operations Technician role at Epic Hosting. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation is required. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems as part of Epic Hosting. Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. Connect with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds.
