Travel RN Emergency Department

Location: Reston, VA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and possess an active compact license upon submission. Candidates should have BLS certification, with additional certifications in ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Implement and adhere to stroke, sepsis, and trauma protocols.
• Conduct triage and IV initiation as needed.
• Assist in moderate sedation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required.
• Active compact RN license at submission.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
