Northeastern Appliance Service is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

No appliance industry experience is required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or office administration is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service: Answer incoming customer calls, identify and assess customer needs, resolve questions and concerns, and build lasting relationships through professional and friendly communication. 
• Coordinate office operations: Schedule technician service calls to maximize efficiency, maintain customer accounts and records, submit warranty claims, and assist with bookkeeping and accounts receivable functions. 
• Support the team: Follow company communication procedures, work closely with technicians and office staff, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first call through completed service. 

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred 
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Comfortable using computers and office software 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Independent problem-solver with sound judgment and a positive, team-oriented attitude 
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus 
• Willing to train a motivated individual with the right attitude
