Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Customer Service Rep for aclient in Maumee , OH. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19-$22/hr (based on experience) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
First Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with possible overtime.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:

• Support Outside Sales Representatives
• Properly assist in product specification and quoting
• Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications in regards to order status, acknowledgements, and Proforma invoices
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
• Focus on customer relations
• Manage orders from specification to delivery
• Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests
• Facilitate communications between UK offices and US offices
• Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries
• Provide back-up to team as required
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns

Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Rep:

• Data entry / order processing experience
• Strong computer / Outlook skills
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• 3-5 years' experience in customer service / sales
• Furniture experience a plus
