What You Bring to the Table Integrity: You take pride in your work and follow safety and quality rules to the letter. ️ Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for your shift and performing repetitive fine-motor tasks. Experience: Previous experience in a clean manufacturing or highly regulated environment is a plus! Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be comfortable dressing out in dressing rooms.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Experience operating basic warehouse machinery, such as conveyor belts, strapping machines, heat shrink wrappers, or pallet jacks.

• Quality Control: Basic visual inspection skills to identify defects, damaged goods, or deviations from product standards.

• Measurement Proficiency: Ability to use basic measuring tools (e.g., tape measures, scales, gauges) to ensure products meet specific dimensions or weight requirements.

• Prolonged Standing: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for the duration of an 8- to 12-hour shift.

• Lifting Requirements: Capacity to regularly lift and move objects ranging from 25 to 50 lbs (11 to 23 kg) without assistance.

• Manual Dexterity: strong hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity to handle small parts, operate machinery, or secure packaging swiftly.

• Repetitive Motion: Ability to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., reaching, gripping, twisting) at a consistent pace.

The essential functions of this role include:
