We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper to join our dynamic team and ensure our products are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for a raise 3 times in your first year at your 3-month, 6-month, and annual anniversary, then yearly thereafter. Job Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and process shipments according to company and customer requirements. Verify outgoing shipments by comparing items to orders and ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation. Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries. Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs as needed. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments (certification preferred). Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy product (up to 60lbs) Basic math skills required Experience using shipping software and inventory management systems is a must Fork-Lift driving experience is a plus, however we will train the right candidate Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Why Join Us Competitive salary and excellent medical benefits.
