Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time

$37-$41/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PTA for Autumn Lake at Oak Manor. You'll help residents turn their physical therapy goals into practical progress, providing hands-on treatment and encouragement as they work toward moving more independently.

What You'll Do

Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Help residents practice walking, transfers, balance, and strengthening
Recognize changes in residents' abilities and communicate them to the PT
Record treatment sessions and coordinate with the care team
