Outpatient Neurologist, Hybrid, or Neurohospitalist | 100K Sign-On | Midland, Michigan

Join an established neurology team in Midland, Michigan, with the flexibility to choose a primarily outpatient practice, a hybrid role, or a neurohospitalist schedule. This opportunity offers strong APP support, procedural opportunities, and the ability to tailor your practice to your clinical interests while working within a collaborative team.

Position Highlights:

• Choose between a primarily outpatient, hybrid, or neurohospitalist practice model
• Outpatient schedule of approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week
• No call required for the outpatient position
• Neurohospitalist schedule of 7 on / 7 off (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.) with overnight call coverage (7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.)
• Hybrid role may include telehealth and satellite clinic coverage based on team needs
• Established neurology team with strong APP support
• General outpatient neurology with opportunities to perform EMG, Botox, and nerve block procedures
• Collaboration with an academic partner and opportunities for residency involvement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary around 340,000 with additional earning potential
• 100,000 sign-on bonus
• Medical benefits, malpractice coverage with tail, and 403(b) and 457 retirement plans
• 200 hours of paid time off
• 3,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• No visa sponsorship available
