Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Manage a caseload of home health patients
• Provide wound care and manage wound vacs
• Perform catheter insertions, manage drains, and administer IV infusions
• Utilize Homecare Homebase charting system
• Apply critical thinking skills for medication and disease management
• Conduct admissions and complete necessary documentation

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Minimum of 1 year experience; Home Health experience preferred
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase charting
