Key Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding process
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and HR inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
• Coordinate training, development, and performance management initiatives
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and candidate coordination
• Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives and operational needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
