Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the U.S. and in Europe.

To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in NYC in as our Part-Time Sales Advisor. We would love to get to know you if you are someone who will be a strong brand ambassador, sharing our values and bringing life to our products.

• Strong communication skills

• A true brand ambassador

• Positive and enthusiastic and proactive attitude
\n
• Interest in fashion and/or arts in general
\n
• Perfect communication in English
\n
• Ability to engage with clients and create an amazing experience
\n

You'll be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Assisting clients by giving excellent customer service at the store
\n
• Achieving store daily, monthly and yearly goals.
\n
• Communicating the value of our products to customers and representing FARM Rio
\n
• Sharing FARM Rio knowledge and brand partnerships with clients at the store
\n
• Maintenance of store visuals
\n
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions Establish loyalty within the community
\n
• Securing sales
\n

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: 22/hr paid biweekly basis
\n
• Monthly Comission
\n
• 401 (k) + Employer Match
