How you'll contribute
A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:

* Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
* Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
* Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
* Documents treatment sessions and patients outcomes accurately.
* Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Additional requirements include:

* Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred
* Clinical knowledge and strong patient rapport-building required
* Current PT license in the state of Texas
* CPR Certification required
