Job Summary Carease Health - PA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, combining on-site visits with remote work from home.
