Role: Inside Sales Rep

Duration: 4 month assignment

Location: onsite Monday-Friday Birmingham, AL

Details:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls during Open Enrollment
• Support ACA Marketplace enrollments and Medicare plan inquiries
• Walk members through: Eligibility, Tax credits, Plan selection and comparisons
• Assist existing members with plan changes and renewals
• Accurately document calls and actions in systems
• Occasionally support outbound activities tied to specific projects
• Provide excellent customer service in long-form calls (≈30 minutes)

Call Center experience (working on the phones)
