Overview Dermatology Associates, the leading dermatology practice in the Tri‑Cities region, is currently seeking Medical Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses to fill full‑time and part‑time positions across our Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport, Tennessee locations. Responsibilities Providing comprehensive medical administrative support, including managing patient intake and maintaining electronic health records (EHR). Assisting providers in patient care. Administering medications and treatment as instructed by the provider. Contacting patients regarding tests or upcoming appointments. Conducting interviews to collect patient medical history and symptom information. Collaborating with healthcare professionals in various settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Maintaining a clean and organized medical environment, adhering to safety and health protocols. Prior medical office experience preferred. Education and Credentials Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Required Credentials: Must have successfully completed medical assistant schooling and/or RMA, CMA, LPN, or RN qualifications. Job Types and Hours Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time. Expected hours: 24 – 40 hours per week.
