Our client is looking for a Remote HR Manager to join their amazing team. This is a REMOTE, Direct Hire position that offers a self-managed PTO plan, excellent benefits, amazing culture and salary up to 100k with bonus.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee a broad range of HR functions across multiple business entities. This individual will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer preparation, and onboarding support
• Ensure compliance with hiring, onboarding, and personnel recordkeeping processes
• Coordinate new hire orientation, employee training logistics, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and employee communications
• Process and manage bi-weekly payroll activities, reporting, and related system updates
• Respond to employment verification requests, unemployment claims, and related administrative inquiries
• Assist with internal communications, employee recognition initiatives, and special company programs/events
• Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, training initiatives, and additional HR projects as needed

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

• Prior Human Resources experience supporting multiple functional HR areas
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
• Strong technical skills including HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office
