2nd Shift Production Worker – No Interview Required | Weekly Pay Start Your Career in Manufacturing Today!

• Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Operate molding press machines and handle parts throughout the production process
• Inspect, trim, route, and buff products to meet quality standards
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production quality
• Use measuring tools to verify product accuracy and detect defects
• Secure products on secondary equipment such as fixtures
• Remove finished products from trays and label as needed
• Pack finished goods and move them to designated areas
• Trim excess material using various tools and equipment
• Track and record scrap and finished product quantities
• Perform repetitive tasks using tools such as:
  • Utility knives, air knives, and air brushes
  • Scissors, swivel knives, nippers/shears
  • Staplers and degaters

✅ Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or general labor

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections

✅ Basic math and counting skills

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Prior manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus—but not required!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
