Role Description:

We are looking for a commercially driven International Vice President of Sales to lead international sales strategy, expand global market presence, and build strong relationships with distributors and healthcare partners across international markets.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established medical device or surgical products sales executive with a strong international network, experience managing distributor relationships, and a track record of driving revenue growth across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate understands the complexities of international healthcare sales, can identify opportunities in new and existing markets, and knows how to build scalable sales strategies that deliver long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the international sales strategy to support the company's global growth objectives.
• Identify and develop new international markets, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with international distributors, healthcare groups, and key commercial partners.
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion, new product opportunities, and stronger distributor performance.
• Establish sales targets, forecasting processes, performance metrics, and accountability across international markets.
• Evaluate market potential, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and regional business opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage strategic commercial agreements with international partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and other internal teams to align sales strategy with business objectives.
• Monitor international market trends, regulatory considerations, and changes in healthcare purchasing and distribution.
• Develop scalable processes for expanding the company's global commercial presence.

Qualification:

• Required: Significant experience in medical devices, surgical products, or the medical/surgical industry.
• Proven senior-level sales leadership experience, preferably across international markets.
• Established relationships with international medical device distributors, healthcare providers, or surgical product networks.
• Demonstrated success in international business development, distributor management, and revenue growth.
• Experience developing and executing global or multi-market sales strategies.
• Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning, forecasting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify new market opportunities and build sustainable distribution partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
