Behavior Technician

Overview Position: Behavior Technician Location: 1315 Macom Drive, Suite 103, Naperville, IL 60564 Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00, hourly, based on years of experience RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
