Order Management & Customer Service Specialist

Signode in Illinois is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order and service support for assigned accounts. You will handle order entry, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery. You will monitor order activity, provide updates to Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance, and support data integrity, KPI performance, and process improvements.
