Office Assistant Accounts Payable

Job Description

PART-TIME POSITION ONLY

Processing Account Payable Invoices, identifying price discrepancies and communicating with vendors to resolve issues.

Job costing and month end statement reconciliations.

Updating Excel spreadsheets.

General office duties.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Quickbooks

Excel

Candidate MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED.

In office work required, no remote work available.

Job is only part-time, 20 hours per week.

Tuesday through Friday 10am - 3pm.....no exceptions.

Pay range: $21 - $24 per hour
